Hospitality and tourism educator and Assistant Professor with an MSc in Italian Food & Wine (University of Padova) and 7 years of industry experience across beverage brands, F&B and hospitality operations. WSET-certified and trained in consumer analytics (Power BI, Google Data Analytics), with two peer-reviewed publications in food anthropology and a forthcoming book chapter on Neapolitan pizza. My research interest is how consumers judge authenticity and make choices in food, beverage and wine as AI and digital technologies reshape the market, building on my MSc thesis on AI and food authenticity.
