Dr. Indushekara G.V.

I am Dr. Indushekara G. V., Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work (MSW), with over 15 years of experience in teaching and research. I hold LL.B., MSW, and Ph.D. degrees and specialize in the Constitution of India, Industrial Relations, Labour Codes, and Social Legislation. My research interests include Industrial Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Social Security, Human Resource Management, Gender and Social Work, and Migrant Labour. I have published research papers in peer-reviewed and UGC CARE-listed journals. I actively contribute to academic administration, research, and community engagement. My academic vision is to promote social justice, equity, and sustainable social development.
