About Dr. Savitha M

Assistant ProfessorDepartment of Studies in Business Administration

My academic journey has been shaped by a genuine interest in teaching, learning, and research. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to engage in research and scholarly activities that have deepened my understanding of management and its role in addressing societal challenges. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to creating meaningful learning environments that support students in their academic pursuits, personal growth, and career development. I believe that teaching and research are complementary pursuits, each enriching the other. Through classroom engagement, mentoring, and scholarly inquiry, I strive to encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and lifelong learning among students while continuously refining my own understanding of emerging areas in management.
