As an academician and research scholar, my teaching focuses on strategic management, human resource management, business analytics, and AI applications in business. My research interests include Gen Z workforce performance, organizational culture, performance management, and the evolving role of AI in business. Through entrepreneurship and corporate training, I strive to encourage learners to think critically, continuously, and apply their knowledge in meaningful ways.
